Pollution Prevention/Energy Roundtable: Mount Carmel Corporate Service Center

Ohio Hospitals are leading the way when it comes to Sustainability.  The OHA Environmental Leadership Council is planning another regional pollution prevention/energy roundtable at Mount Carmel Corporate Service Center on August 26 from 9:30 – 12:30. OHA has been working with the Ohio Environmental Council (OEC) on many different projects, and this roundtable will feature OEC, Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission, and CleanFuel Ohio. Come and learn the background of air quality, clean diesel technologies, how to create a no-idling policies, grant programs available to help your facility retrofit or replace your vehicles. Plus in addition help patients and visitors understand what your hospital is doing to work on air quality and keep the surrounding community healthy.

AEP will also be present at the meeting to discuss their rebate programs.

 *   10:30 – Ohio Environmental Council, Clean Fuel Ohio and MORPC –
 *   11:45- Roundtable; what is new at your facility.

There will be prizes for all attendees.

Mount Carmel Corporate Services Center (CSC)- located at 6150 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43213. Park on the WEST side of the building and walk to the front main entrance, you will be required to check/sign in at the front desk.

Everyone MUST go through the front main entrance regardless of where they park and check/sign in at the front desk.
