The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are offering free environmental public health online courses.  These courses are a great resource for sanitarians, environmental health specialists, environmental health officers, nurses, students, and other public health professionals. They are available to anyone interested in the field of environmental health and in reducing illness and death due to environmentally related disease and injury.

A wide variety of courses are available, including food protection, radiation protection, noise pollution, air quality, safe housing, and much more.  Continuing education credit is also available.
