I’m writing to tell you about an interesting new tool the Environmental Law & Policy Center has launched – a new online FAQ resource to help consumers understand how solar energy could power their homes and businesses. Solar panel prices are at their lowest point in years, and there are new financial incentives available, making solar power a more attractive opportunity to many consumers.
The new web-based FAQ addresses common questions about how and where solar equipment works, what financial incentives and income opportunities are available and how to locate a solar installer and get a project underway.
The information is available at www.elpc.org/solarfaq. After the initial launch, ELPC will regularly add updated information and respond to public input. Please let us know if you have ideas on ways we can improve or expand this resource.
