Don’t miss Practice Greenhealth’s next class in its Sustainability Training Series! Infrastructure and Process for Sustainability in Healthcare is coming October 6, 2009, to Cleveland, Ohio, and will be paired with a half-day tour on October 7 of  The Cleveland Clinic’s award-winning sustainability initiatives, including their logistics center and on-campus Community Farmer’s Market. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for attending.

Participants in this one-day class will walk away understanding:
• The primary drivers for sustainability in healthcare;
• How to set up an internal infrastructure to manage sustainability initiatives, including job responsibilities, team building, and internal engagement mechanisms;
• Personal leadership skills for integrating sustainability including influence without authority, understanding organizational culture change and change management 101;
• How to develop a sustainability baseline and tips for developing goals and organization-specific priorities;
• An introduction to the “sustainability spectrum” in healthcare;
• An overview of the sustainability tools and resources at your fingertips across the sector.

Practice Greenhealth is also now partnering with Mobius Executive Leadership on this training program to further enhance its offerings around culture change and transformational leadership. As always, we are committed to upgrading our educational offerings to continually meet your needs!
